Pupil Leadership

At St Michael’s CE Primary School, we believe in empowering our pupils to take an active role in their education and school community. To support this, we have established several pupil leadership teams. Each team provides our pupils with the opportunity to voice their ideas, contribute to school improvement, and develop essential leadership skills. Through these initiatives, we encourage our pupils to flourish and embody our core values of courage, community, and trust.

School Leadership Team

Our School Leadership Team reflects our senior leadership team structure, comprising of one Head Pupil, two Deputy Head Pupils, and two Assistant Head Pupils. We take pride in being leaders and role models in our school community. We demonstrate excellent behaviour and uphold our school values, inspiring our peers to do the same. We lead special events, welcome visitors, engage with the school council to address student concerns, check in on younger pupils, and report to the Governors.
